I am Heidi Cheney and my passion is helping people. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and have been a therapist for nine years. I have learned that life is an amazing journey with many exciting and happy as well as disappointing and traumatic life experiences along the way. In developing a healthy therapeutic relationship, I have learned that most problems and traumatic life experiences can be resolved. Each individual can move forward building stronger and healthier relationships with themselves, their family members, friends and others. Those relationships will help them move forward in a healthy productive life.

I work with a wide variety of clients covering all ages and demographics. Everyone is unique and the therapy I offer is tailored to the individual needs of each client. I utilize individual, family, group and couples therapy depending on the situation. I will draw on my experience and background with many therapeutic modalities as I work with each client based on their individual needs.
